Claiming Grant Payment

Grant Payment Process

Once the project has been completed, a request for grant payment must be made. The procedure for claiming payment is outlined below.

The following documents must be submitted to SEAI, in order to make a payment request:

  1. An SEAI Capital Investment Grant Payment Request Form,
  2. A Miscanthus Pilot Demonstration Programme Commissioning Report,
  3. Copies of all invoices for the project,
  4. Proof of payment for all project invoices, and
  5. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.

Completion Documents

A Miscanthus Pilot Demonstration Programme Mechanical Completion Certificate.doc (size 1.2 MB) must be completed and signed by the system installer and given to the heating system owner.

A Miscanthus Pilot Demonstration Programme Commissioning Report.doc (size 1.2 MB) must be completed and signed by both the supplier / installer and the heating system owner.

A Miscanthus Pilot Demonstration Programme Capital Investment Grant Payment Request Form.doc (size 127.5 KB) must be completed and signed by the heating system owner.
